After you approve our preliminary plans, we enter the design/build stage. We refine our designs and give you more precise pricing estimates, as well as sign a design/build agreement; we also require a deposit from you at this time, to allow us to proceed with the permit filing process.
To apply for a permit, our specialists create detailed engineering plans that are submitted to the building department. Your deposit covers the plan drafting, engineering fees, and the city's permit submission fees. Once we are assured that a permit will be issued for our plans, we draw up a building contract and give a secure price estimate for the project. Finally, we begin work and turn your plans into reality.
